Aregbesola’s Commissioner, Ilori Was Beaten At APC Meeting In Ondo For Defending Tinubu

Fresh details have emerged on why Bola Ilori, the commissioner in the cabinet of Governor of Osun state Rauf Aregbesola was beaten at an All Progressives Congress event held in Ondo state yesterday – Thursday September 21 2017.

He was beaten for defending Asiwaju Bola Tinubu the acclaimed national Leader of the APC.

All the actors involved in the infamous affair are members of the same party.

Ilori, the victim of the affair accused the Secretary To The State Government of Ondo of giving the order to political thugs to beat him up at the event.

Ilori’s clothes and underwear were reportedly shredded during the attack.

Some stakeholders in and out of the state are currently linking state governor Rotimi Akeredolu as the man behind the SSG’s alleged action – but there are no prove to this claim at press time.

The allegation is however steamed in assertions that Ilori and Tinubu passionately worked against the emergence of Akeredolu as Governor of Ondo state.

The claim that the attack on Ilori happened to him for defending Tinubu came from another stakeholder, Babajide Kolade Otitoju.
