Zazu Crooner Portable Throws Bundles Of Money At Fans But Yet To Pay Debt

Portable – real name Habeeb Okikiola -, the singer still riding on the popularity of his song “Zazu Zeh” was at his former base in Ota, Ogun State.

SocietyNow.Ng gathered the singer who just secured a N50million endorsement deal to promote Odogwu bitters owned by deep pocket Obi Cubana – real name Obinna Iyiegbu – was at his former base in Ogun State.

The information at hand revealed that the face of Odogwu bitters was seen throwing bundles of one thousand naira notes (N1,000) on the streets.

Those in the know disclosed that throwing money on the streets for fans to pick has become a regular practice for the singer.

“He was at a Buka (makeshift restaurant) in Oke Osa on Friday morning and he threw two bundles of one thousand notes and people were scrambling for it. He removed the wrapping before he threw the money” SocietyNow.Ng gathered.

The added information available to SocietyNow.Ng revealed that this gesture by Portable is trailed by talks of owing “small amounts” of money and not paying up.

“He is said to owe negligible amounts of money – compared to what he throws on the street – and always saying he will see his creditors” SocietyNow.Ng gathered.

The amounts are small, six thousand, two thousand for things given to this or that person on his requests” SocietyNow.Ng further gathered.

The details available revealed that the singer who was yanked off a performance in Canada last week – for bad attitude after sacking his management team – was spotted in Oke Osa driving about town in the white Range Rover he was gifted last year without wearing a shirt.

Portable was a resident of the area and has friends and relatives still residing there.
