Why We’ll Continue To Support President Tinubu’s Nigeria Project – Abdul Samad Rabiu

Chairman of BUA Group, Abdul Samad Rabiu, has pledged continued support for President Bola Tinubu’s administration, saying the President is passionate about Nigeria and working hard for the country’s progress.

The industrialist gave the assurance on Sunday in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, during a dinner hosted by Tinubu for members of his delegation performing the lesser Hajj.

He said the gathering provided an opportunity for the delegation to pray for Nigeria’s peace, unity and prosperity, while appreciating the President’s commitment to national development.

According to him, the delegation had held three dinners with Tinubu since arriving in Makkah, with discussions centred on the country’s future and the need for sustained prayers for its progress.

The master entrepreneurs said: “We discussed, you know, to always continue to pray for Nigeria, for peace, for unity and for Nigeria’s prosperity. To again, you know, thank His Excellency for his passion, for what he’s doing for Nigeria.”

He added: “We will continue to support His Excellency in whatever capacity we can and definitely, as you all know, Mr President is very passionate about the country. He’s working very hard, and we’ll continue to support him.”

The BUA chairman’s remarks came as Tinubu called on Nigerians to turn the country’s ethnic, religious and cultural diversity into an instrument of prosperity, unity and sustainable development.

The President prayed for peace, national cohesion and wisdom for the country’s leaders, urging citizens across religious and ethnic divides to work together in the national interest.

Kwara State Governor and Chairman of the Nigeria Governors’ Forum, Abdulrahman AbdulRazaq, also pledged continued prayers for the President and Nigeria.
