Insiders disclosed that despite the intense work being undertaken, Marriot the mega hotel project of Sifax Boss, Taiwo Afolabi will not meet its dream opening date.

The undergoing construction project is situated in Ikeja GRA, Lagos state.

Societynow.ng learned that Billionaire Afolabi is throwing everything he has at the project to meet a dream December 2018 opening date.

The Sifax boss reportedly shunned work at his refinery as part of efforts to achieve this objective.

Insiders disclosed though workmen are working round the clock on site the degree of perfection expected has made the December opening date impossible.

“Though the work left is majorly finishing the volume still undone cannot be completed this year” a source disclosed.

Insiders disclosed the Sifax boss is unhappy with the situation but appears to be gradually resigning self to fate – though still pushing workers to keep at it.

“Except he wants to declare open an uncompleted hotel to meet his dream date, the grand opening will obviously hold next year” a source insists to societynow.ng.
