Why It Is Very Wrong To Label Pastor Fatoyinbo “A Rapist” – Despite Weighty Allegation By Dakolo’s Wife Busola

Lead Pastor of the Common Wealth of Zion Assembly, Biodun Fatoyinbo is certainly not having the best of time.
And things appear about to get worse for the flashy preacher as he contends with the anger swirled – from different corners- up by the weighty allegation of rape against his person by Busola, the wife of Singer Timi Dakolo.
Busola alleges that Fatoyinbo actually deflowered her via rape about twenty (20) years ago.
And that the very visible shining light of Coza went on to repeat the act at other times.
Checks by societynow.ng revealed that despite the fact that Fatoyinbo is walking familiar terrain with the rape allegation – the latest in whispered accusations and a widely reported open charge of adultery and emotional victimization by former congregant Ese Walter -, it is very wrong to label him a ‘’rapist’’.
Multiple sources who spoke to societynow.ng insist ‘’It is very wrong to label Pastor Fatoyinbo a rapist as being done by some since Busola’s allegation hit the town’’.
The sources share the view of a cerebral legal mind who explained to friends in a WhatsApp group that
‘’… assuming but not conceding that he is a rapist, that can only be established by designated authorities. The police and the court. There are laid down punishment for rape cases and related offences and castigating is sure not one of them.
‘’…. The length of her case regardless ( criminal cases, not statute barred) she has made allegations against an individual whose rights are guaranteed under the same laws as hers’’
The ‘’learned person’’ who expressly stated that ‘’I will never ever condone rape under any guise and I am for the dignity of human persons ’’ enlightened that ‘’We go to do things right, first seek legal advice before jumping on social media. The laws are real and can be activated by victims of social rants too.’’
Facing yet another sexual assault claim – this time rape from Busola, the wife of Singer Timi Dakolo – Pastor Fatoyinbo has become the subject of many dark labels on and offline, including the damning tag reserved for sexual predators.
