Why It Is Not All Over For Pastor Fatoyinbo In Busola Dakolo’s Rape Allegation

Though the court has thrown out the court case initiated by Busola Dakolo against Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo – her former pastor – and also awarded an N1million fine against the celebrity photographer, societynow.ng gathered the rape mess is far from over for the Senior Pastor at the Common Wealth of Zion Assembly.

Societynow.ng gathered that this assertion is premised on-going investigation into the same case and related matters by the Nigeria Police.

Insiders disclosed that the investigation by the police, if it comes to prosecution, is weightier than Dakolo’s case or talks of intention to appeal the dismissal of her case and the award of fine for abuse of judicial process.

 ‘’Dakolo instituted a civil case while the police investigation is criminal in nature, Fatoyinbo should be more concerned about the outcome of the police investigation than Busola’s because the outcome of the investigation will have far-reaching ramifications whichever way it swings’’ a source pointed out.
