Why Gbenga Daniel Is Out Of The Country With Wife

Otunba Gbenga Daniel, the Senator – Elect for Ogun East is out of the country, along with his wife – Olufunke.

The former Govenor of Ogun state says his travel out of Nigeria affords him the  “the opportunity to reset and recharge” before his swearing – in a Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Daniel’s who is enmeshed in an intense power struggle with Govenor Dapo Abiodun disclosed he is vacationing in Paris (France).

The Senator – Elect whose political play in the March 28, 2023, resulted in a near loss for Abiodun ( got re-elected with less than 14,000 votes) detailed his latest move in a social media post that reads….

After a gruelling but exciting electioneering, my dear wife, Yeye Olufunke Daniel, and I decided to take a much needed holiday in one of world’s most beautiful cities, Paris. 

This time out affords me the opportunity to reset and recharge, as we resume the task of moving our dear country Nigeria forward.
