The bond strengthening maiden edition of the Association of Corporate Affairs Managers of Banks (ACAMB) “Aerobic & Health Meet” is scheduled for Saturday, July 30, 2022.

Fitness-personified, Kemen ( Ekemini Ekerette, the former Big Brother Naija -BBNaija- star) is the earmarked conductor.

Ozena Utulu, the chairperson of the committee in charge of ACAMB’s “Aerobic & Health” provides insight into why Kemen was chosen as the fitness person for the engagement that further brings together all the members of the banking industry’s corporate communications and reputation management group with the explanation that “… he is a certified fitness trainer, it is what he does and he is well recognized in the industry. He also has a fitness routine that is short and simple and so for comms (communications) managers, executives who handle a lot… mental, emotional, and psychological wellness are important to the job function, to what we do.

Committee Chairperson, Ozena Utulu

“It is important to have a balance and his routine is something you can do sitting in the office, something you can just take a moment, a quick break and do something for three, two minutes and get your body attuned, your mental state, everything aligned and you keep to the job, basically he is good at what his job, he knows what he is doing”

A certified fitness coach, Kemen is the first certified international master trainer in Nigeria by Technogym, one of the global leaders in design and wellness equipment. He owns and runs the reputable Kemen Fitness.
