On Sunday, July 9, 2023, Olive Tree Parish of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) welcomed its Pastors former Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo and his wife, Dolapo.
Yemi Osinbajo was the Vice President of Nigeria from May 29, 2015 to May 29, 2023 in a joint two-term ticket with President.
Along with his wife, Dolapo and children he was a resident of the Presidential villa – in the nation’s capital, Abuja – all through his tenure.
RCCG Olive Tree, the place of worship located on Banana Island, Lagos hosted the Pastors to Thanks-Giving Service.

A homecoming reception was held for the former Vice President and his wife at his political base in Ikenne later in the day.
The homecoming reception with Governor Dapo Abiodun as chief host saw Governors of Bayelsa – Duoye Diri and Edo state – Godwin Obaseki as star guests.
