Video: AbdulSamad Rabiu On BUA Foods Becoming Most Profitable Consumer Goods Bizness In Nigeria

BUA Foods, a subsidiary of BUA Group with African giant Abdul Samad Rabiu as Chairman has emerged as the most profitable consumer goods business in Nigeria.

The leading Food and Fast-moving consumer goods (“FMCG”) business which processes, manufactures, and distributes food produce posted over N95 billion profit after tax in the first half of this year – 2023.

This development is a big leap follow-up to the declaration of N81 billion profit after tax last year.

This is the second year of the FMCG business operations.

Chairman Abdul Samad Rabiu who commended the management assured stakeholders that the company will continue to do better.

He spoke after the second Annual General Meeting of BUA Foods that was held at the Transcorp Hotel Abuja on Thursday, September 14, 2023.

BUA Group, the parent company of BUA Foods is a frontline foods, infrastructure, mining, and manufacturing conglomerate headquartered in Nigeria with diversified investments spanning key business sectors of the African economy.

The group is a very prominent player in the cement industry with the household name – BUA Cement.
