“Victory For Democracy, Reward For Good Work” Ashiru Congratulates Buhari/Osinbajo On Re-Election

Former Commissioner for Commerce and Industry and All Progressives Congress, APC, governorship aspirant in Ogun State, Otunba Bimbo Ashiru has described the reelection of President Muhammadu Buhari as victory for democracy and reward for performance, untainted integrity and good governance.

In his congratulatory message to both the President and his running mate, Vice President Professor Yemi Osinbajo, Otunba Ashiru, who is also the Director, PMB/PYO support groups for Lagos and Ogun States expressed his delight on the outcome of the presidential election which has further asserted the will of the people to put in place a government which will put the nation right on track and ensure continuity of the good works of Buhari/Osinbajo presidency.

The victory, which came with a large majority of votes across the nation, he stated, was a testimony of widespread acceptance of the ruling APC and the belief in the leadership of the party to correct all the wrongs of past administrations in the country.

President Buhari, he said, has undoubtedly worked very hard with his exemplary
commitment and dedication to serve the people.

In his words, “President Buhari will be able to put many things right and resolve all the issues bordering on the economy, security, infrastructure and social welfare with the renewed mandate of four more years.

This, he opined. will benefit the country as he again expressed the hope that electoral promises will be fulfilled.

Wishing the president and the party leadership a successful tenure, he called on the good people of Ogun State to vote massively for the APC governorship candidate on the 9th of March to establish the much needed synergy between the Federal and State government in the delivery of dividends of democracy.
