Transport Union National President, Najeem Yasin Seeks Intervention Of ‘Powerful Politicians’ In Resolving Lagos Chapter Crisis

Information filtering in revealed intense efforts are on to resolve the leadership crisis rocking the lagos state chapter of the National Union of Road Transport Workers ( NURTW).

Societynowng.com learnt national president, Alhaji Najeem Yasin is seeking the intervention of powerful politician in the crisis that has pitched popular faces Tajudeen Agbede and Musiliu Akinsanya ( MC Oluomo) against each other.

The move by Yasin is a radical departure from directive he made to union members to Naajim Yasin
stay away from politics and not allow political interests to colour the activities of the Transport Union.

The immediate cause of the crisis is directly linked to refusal of stake holders Musiliu Akinsanya (Oluomo), Mustapha Adekunle (Seegoay, Sulaimon Ojoro (Kudeleti) and their supporters and sympathisers to aknowledge Tajudeen Agbede and his new exceutive members as having mandate to oversee activities of the transport Union in the state.

The indirect cause is linked to ambition of Oluomo to become state chairman of the union that cost himself, Seego and Kudeleti their position as state executive members
