Kashim Shettima Named TInubu’s Vice Presidential Candidate

Kashim Shettima has been named the Vice Presidential candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) for the 2023 election.

Presidential candidate Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu confirmed Shettima a former Governor of Borno state as his running mate today, July 10, 2022.

Asiwaju Tinubu made the announcement to the media after a meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari in Katsina State.

Shetimma has been one of the strongest influences behind the ambition of Asiwaju Tinubu to become the next president of Nigeria.
