Emerging details have it that Rauf Aregbesola, the minister of Interior has been handed the highly effective political structure of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Sources disclosed that Tinubu, the national leader of the All Progressives Congress gave control of the ‘’intimidating machine’’ to Minister Aregbesola by making him the go-to person.

‘’Tinubu now refers most people to talk to Aregbesola over this and that’’ a source stated.

Societynow.ng gathered that the development gives Tinubu freer time to engage in other interactions ahead of the 2023 presidential election.

The former governor of Lagos state is fingered as a strong contender for the position, with campaign groups that are proclaiming his presidential ambition springing up by the day – including the one launched in Oyo state with his son, Seyi Tinubu as a special guest. And the group with former minister Adeseye Ogunlewe as the chief promoter.

Societynow.ng gathered that with Tinubu now engrossed high-level politicking at the national level across different regions in the country, Minister Rauf Aregbesola now acts as the head of the Tinubu political family by overseeing the day to day running of things.
