Believe it or not, MorounRanti Ashabi Alebiosu is an inspirational individual with several years of experience in the marketing communications industry. What she brings to any organization is captured in her favourite strapline: Building Teams, Motivating Excellence and Achieving Results. She is a relationship driven sales and marketing professional who encourages and inspires her team to deliver bottom line results.

MorounRanti is a progressive business driver who while at Insight Communications played a major role in the awareness campaign and launch of the One Thousand Naira (N1, 000.00) note into the Nigerian economy, she was instrumental in the launching of the Heineken 60cl into the Nigerian Market as well as the re-launch of the Amstel Malta brand. Due to her exemplary dedication to work, she was recommended for and awarded double promotion at work, a first in the company’s history.

She served as the director of communications in the pre-election campaign of His Excellency Mr. Babatunde Fashola in year 2006 where she coordinated the expression and use of marketing communication concepts to reach the target audience. In the course of this assignment, she came up with the strapline “Eko o ni baje”

Between 2011 and 2014, she served as the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Lagos State on Tourism and Inter-Governmental Relations. As head of the tourism promotions department, her responsibilities were two folds, one, to advise His Excellency the Governor on strategies and ways by which the Ministry of Tourism & Inter-Governmental Relations can be more effective in meeting its objectives, secondly, she was charged with the responsibility of promoting and publicizing the tourist sites, destinations, monuments and cultural festivals within the state.

MorounRanti possesses a Masters of Business Administration from Business School Netherlands. She is an ongoing learner who engages in professional development to fine tune her skills and knowledge. She stays current with industry and business trends and parlays this knowledge into credible bottom line results. She is engaged in a non-governmental project called Omoluabi Ile Yoruba. This is social intervention agenda to re-awaken the social, cultural and moral values that define the Yoruba people.
