No Screaming, Cheeky Headline As Sun Newspaper Snubs Report Of Orji Kalu’s Imprisonment For 12yrs

National newspaper Sun Newspaper has snubbed reports of the imprisonment of former governor of Abia state, Orji Uzor Kalu for 12years.

Kalu, who is the owner of the national newspaper, was found guilty of all 27 counts charge proffered against him in an N2.65billion corruption case yesterday.

A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos and presided over by Justice Mohammed Idris sentenced Kalu and his accomplices to 12years imprisonment.

Sun Newspaper known for its cheeky and screaming headlines refused to feast on the development.

The paper blacked out the story that is considered the talked about development in the country.
