Socialite, Saheed Emerald Puts Wife, Bunmi’s Building On Sale Over N55m Car Importation Deal Gone Sour!

Saheed Emerald, the popular Ibadan, Oyo state socialite at logger heads with his wife, Bunmi has introduced a new twist to the family feud.

Sources confirmed that he has ordered the shopping complex owned by his estranged wife locked up- and put it on sale.

The building located within Ibadan is known as Parade.

Saheed reportedly took the action as part of moves to recoup a N55m investment he undertook in a car importation deal gone sour introduced to him and his friend, Akeem ( Governor Abiola Ajimobi’s younger brother) by his wife.

Saheed reportedly put up N40m – while Akeem forked out the balance.

Expectations had turned awry when after a year- it remained a case of ‘is coming’.

Exhaustive search of his wife’s belongings, on suspicion of fraud had turned up the ‘sim card’ of the dealer supposedly in the United States of America.

The police were brought in and the wife detained and charged to court for fraud at the instance of an enraged husband. This was after sending the mother of 3 packing.

She couldn’t meet the demand for repayment- and had no concrete explanation on how the fund ‘disappeared’.

After sacking her from home- the husband has now placed her building on sale as part of moves to recoup his investment.
