Known name, Nike Animashaun is out of employment.

She has being ousted by the administration of Governor Akinwunmi Ambode as part of measures to clean up the Lagos state Civil Service.

The connected civil servant who celebrated her 50th birthday earlier in the year was reportedly disengaged as Permanent Secretary, Lagos state Ministry of Science and Technology on allegations of acts that put the tenets of the Lagos state Civil Service as risk.

Additional revelation from information source, thecapital revealed the employment of another top shot in the same ministry Nike formerly headed – Bola Omoboya the Director of Computer Services is on the line.

He is currently undergoing investigation for insider dealing.

According to information available, Omoboya is accused of awarding contracts running into millions of naira to companies with links to self.

To show the gravity of the charge against the accused, the he office of the Head of Service is said to be handling the investigation that determines his future.
