Senator Dino Melaye says his main challenger Smart Adeyemi is his wife, ‘’political wife’’ he explicitly stated.

‘’I will beat him again’’ Dino declared.

Dino Melaye made the declaration ahead of the plan by the Independent Electoral Commission to stage another election in Kogi West.

The election tribunal nullified Dino’s re-election to the Senate and the Court of Appeal upheld the decision.

Dino has now accepted the decision for another election to hold instead of pursuing the case in court.
Ahead of the election, Dino posted a video on his Instagram page Senator Dino Melaye (SDM) talking up his chances of winning the election that may hold in November 2019.

‘’I have said it time and time again and I am repeating it again that Smart Adeyemi is my political wife.

”I was in APC I contested against him in PDP I defeated him, I came to PDP and he went to APC and I would defeat him, that is 2.0, we are going back for the third time, it will be a hat trick, I will score the third goal’’ Dino Melaye asserted in the short video which is attracting comments on his social media handle.
