Sijibomi “Sujimoto” Ogundele Raises N1billion For Mystery Banana Island Project

Sijibomi Ogundele, the real estate man widely addressed by his company name Sujimoto (construction) has raised N1billion for a mystery project.

According to information sourced from thecapital, the mystery project is being carried out at Banana Island Lagos.

Though the details remain sketchy, it is believed to be the development of high-end luxury terrace houses.

The fund was reportedly raised from local investors the news portal states.

The development raises confidence in Ogundele’s venture and dwarfs ill talks about the state of his famous mega money affair, Lorenzo Project which was meant to be the tallest residential building in Africa – but remains unfulfilled.

Sujimoto is believed to have traveled out of the country in the better part of last month, October 2017, in connection with his mystery Banana Island Project.

Sources disclosed he should be back in the country this week to take up from where he left on site.
