Shocking Twist, President Jonathan’s Loyalists, Andy Ubah, Stella Oduah & Uche Ekwunife Become PDP Senatorial Candidates!

After a protracted court case and intense underground manoeuvres, all three hard core loyalists of re election seeking President Goodluck Jonathan in Anambra state have become People’s Democratic Party candidates for all the Senatorial districts.

They are Andy Uba, Stella Oduah and Mrs. Uche Ekwunife.

They upstaged those earlier confirmed as candidate by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) as PDP flagbearers via court order.

Incidentally the thumped out trio earlier secured the party tickets based on courts order as well.

The now outplayed PDP chieftains are Chris Uba, John Emeka and Annie Okonkwo for the Anambra south, central and north senatorial zones respectively.

Sources in the know described the latest twist as ‘an unexpected twist’ and ‘ a big shock’.

Information obtained by societynowng.com revealed in a bid to keep his support base intact , and following the announcement of Chris Ubah, John Emeka and Annie Okonkwo as candidates- President Jonathan had ordered his loyalists to maintain the peace

The move was aimed at stemming discord the opposition ply on to encourage defection swelling it’s ranks.

Insiders revealed on the surface, Oduah, Andy Uba and Ekwunife appeared to have taken the development as it was – and the now once upon a time winners and their supporters engulfed in delusion of carrying the day until the latest twist bursted their bubble!.

The Federal High Court, Abuja order that turned victory to Oduah and co was issued last. And Inec has now complied by clearing the trio as the candidates to contest the election.
