Sacked PPMC Boss, Haruna Mohmoh Jittery Over Arrest Of Ex Petrol Minister Diezani Madueke

News filtering in revealed that the emotional waves created by the arrest of former petroleum minister, Diezani Allison Madueke abroad on grounds of corruption has reached Mr Haruna Momoh, the sacked front man of Pipeline and Products Marketing Company (PPMC).

Insiders revealed he has become jittery over looming entanglement in the case.
At stake for the man labelled extra ordinarily wealthy are his properties home and abroad.

The man said to be worth some $2billions has gone low profile after he failed to keep his money maker job with the arrival of new government.

Momoh had maintained continuous low profile in the face of this development and continued with his game plan, hoping continuous silence would kill off societal focus on him – and it did until now.

The arrest of his benefactor and hand in glove collaborator in era Senate President Bukola Saraki is listed as transforming the NNPC to engine room of corruption, Diezani Madueke has brought back focus to him.

Sources disclosed the raid carried out on Abuja house of Madueke and the office and home of one of her associates, Jide Omokore by agents of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission is said to have created a big worry for Mohmo.

He fears investigators may be targeting other known associates of Madueke including himself for the same treatment.

The thoughts of this and attendant possible implication is said to have transformed the extra ordinarily wealthy Nigerian into a jittery man.

Mohmo as the Managing Director of Pipeline and Product Marketing Company and an ardent People’s Democratic Party loyalist is said to have worked closely with Madueke in some of the mega deals that is creating a buzz around her person.

And he is alleged to have greatly profited from this and other business engagements he perfected on his own.
A testament of how well he has done lies in the whispers of massive wealth attributed to his name in cash and kind.

Against the hard stance of President Muhammadu Buhari to recoup all alleged illegal funds, Mohmo is said to fear linkage to Diezani’s arrest and unravelling of his huge wealth would create a mess he may find too slippery to clamber out of.

And to compound his woes, the man alleged to have attempted to negotiate himself out of trouble by providing information on Diezani to the new government is in no position to have knowledge of disclosures the former petroleum minister is providing to authorities as the case against her progresses.
