Opeifa Tells Why He Loves Naira Marley 

Presidential appointee, Kayode Opeifa has revealed why he loves Naira Marley.

The singer whose real name is Azeez Adeshina Fashola is a known non-conformist with social values, especially as it relates to “norms”.

One of his most popular songs glorifies hand relief while another put him on the radar of law enforcers for allegedly flattering cyber fraud.

But Opeifa, the immediate past Director of the Abuja Urban Mass Transit Company Limited says he loves the singer for “his uniqueness”.

 “I love Naira Marley for his uniqueness”, the appointee of former President Muhammadu Buhari posted along with a picture taken with Naira Marley.

The former Lagos state Commissioner for Transportation noted the picture was taken “recently’ at the palace of the Elegushi of Ikate land, Oba Saheed Ademola Elegushi in Lagos.

Opeifa who was also at a time the Transporation Secretary to the Federal Capital Territory followed up the revelation by posting another picture with Naira Marley and Anthony Adeyinka Adeboye, the Director-General of Team Lagos famously known as Zulu Authority and Sam Larry, the music producer and promoter on his social media handle. 

Despite the skirmishes with the law and social norms, Naira Marley maintains a heavy following as the leader of the controversial “Marlians” fan base.
