Oba Saheed Elegushi’s Elder Brother, Anofi In Big Battle To Get Confirmation As Lagos Commissioner For Transport As Opposing Forces Seek Replacement

Anofi Olarenwaju Elegushi, the acting commissioner for Transport in Lagos state is engaged in a major battle of influence and clout.

The elder brother of young and fashionable king, Saheed Ademola Elegushi wants to be confirmed as the permanent replacement for removed commissioner Dayo Mobereola.

But there are said to be other forces within and outside the lagos government with contrary ideas.

The opposing factions are said to be an alternate candidate to be brought in and confirmed as the Commissioner for Transport.

The other camps’ preferred choice is described as an individual currently based in the United States of America.

But the elder brother of the monarch also known as ‘’King Gucci’’ is said to fighting tooth and nail to ensure he gets to keep the office he now occupies as ‘’acting occupier’’.

His younger brother, the king and other sympathisers are said to have joined in the battle to make him ‘’substantive commissioner’’

Checks by societynow.ng revealed Anofi’s name is yet to be sent to the House of Assembly – not to talk of possible confirmation.
