Sources claimed that he is putting up the structure in Ikoyi, Lagos.

Insiders described it as ‘an estate’

From description given to www.societynowng.com the buildings are said to be located on a street not far from popular events centre- Fantasy Land.

The outer wall is identified as ‘burnt brick’

Sources claimed that the respected Nigerian has been putting the project together for sometime now.

It is said to have reached an advance stage.

It is however not clear when the project will be unveiled and the manner the opening will take.
