The Deputy Governor of Edo State, Philip Shaibu is celebrating the birthday of Senator Adams Oshiomhole.

Shaibu who joined hands with Governor Godwin Obaseki to wrestle political power from Oshiomhole four years ago just penned a wondrous message celebrating the Senator’s 72nd birthday.

The Deputy Governor facing impeachment proceedings with roots in a bitter fallout with Obaseki wrote today, Thursday, April 4, 2024.

The birthday celebration shared along with the featured pictures reads…

“The Lion Keeps Waxing Stronger!

My father, my elder brother, my friend, my leader — Comrade Adams Aliyu Oshiomole, it’s with utmost happiness that I’m joining the host of heaven and millions of friends and family across the world to celebrate you on your 72nd birthday.

You have immensely contributed to mankind, your state and the country at large in your best capacity and your works are there for the world to celebrate and appreciate.

My prayer for you is to continue to grow stronger and keep shaping your world in your best capacity.

Happy Birthday, The People’s Comrade.” and signed the message “Rt. Hon. Comrade Philip Shaibu, Edo State Deputy Governor”.

Their relationship has degenerated to the point that the Governor relocated the office of his deputy away to where they do not have daily interaction – and now battling impeachment proceedings.
