Minister Onyeama Tells Nigerians Stranded In Ukraine How To Escape

The minister for foreign affairs Geoffrey Onyeama has advised Nigerians stranded in Ukraine how to escape the war zone as the invasion by Russia continues.

Onyeama in a statement released Permanent Secretary in the ministry of foreign affairs , Ambassador Gabriel Aduda stated that

“For now, movement to the Hungarian Zahony border and Romania Suceava, Tulcea, Satu Mare County, and Maramures is advised as they have approved Visa free access to all Nigerians coming from Ukraine and arrangement for feeding and accommodation before evacuation is arranged.”

The advisory comes on the heels of reports of alleged maltreatment of Nigerians in Ukraine and refusal of poland to them into its country.
