Mikel Obi Reveals His Plan As He Is Appointed Youth Ambassador By F.G

Former Super Eagles captain Mike Obi has been appointed as Youth Ambassador by the Federal Government.

The development took place at the National Staidum Surulere, Lagos State.

Reacting to the appointment Obi who has called time on his international career stated “I feel highly honoured to be appointed as Youth Ambassador of this country, it is a great feeling. I am happy with this partnership and I promise to do my best to encourage and inspire the youths towards national development, not just in football but in other sports like Basketball, Boxing among others”.

This development comes barely days after Obi declared support for any future political ambition Governor of Kogi State Yahaya Bello has.

Bello has signified interest in succeeding President Muhammadu Buhari.
