Mary Onyali Falls Victim Of ‘Ministerial Screening’ Fraudsters!

Track queen, Mary Onyali Omagbemi is currently wallowing in the pains of a huge loss.

She was said to have shelled out ‘a chunk of money’ to fraudsters in her bid to become a minister!

Sources claimed that those that contacted the sports woman told her she was been positioned for the post of minister for sports.

Informnats alleged that Onyali believed the spurious claim based on where the syndicate operated from- allegedly from the office of the Chief Of Staff to President Jonathan Goodluck, Mike Ogiahdome.

Information made available to www.societynowng.com didnot connect Oghiaodome with the exercise other than his office was used by the swindlers to hoodwink Onyali.

The scammers that operated from his office told their victim, they were the initial screening unit!

The fraudsters had secured money from Onyali under the pretext of ‘the need to see somebody’ to ensure the smooth sailing of her nomination.

They were said to have pulled the same con on a handful of other ministerial ambition seeking top shots.

And just like Onyali, the other victims were told off with explanations that the powers that be didnot approve their names when the authentic nominees list was made public.

The matter would have died a natural death- a perfect end, to a perfect ploy- but for a snag.

A friend of an intending victim identified one of the scammers for what he was- a thorough bred con man and helped saved the unsuspecting from the clutches of the unscrupulous characters.

The escapees from the jaws of scam began the propagation that is now begining to expose the details of a deed seemingly done and forgotten.
