Loyalists Reveal The Main Actors Behind Oshiomhole’s Suspension As APC Chairman

Members of the ruling All Progressives Congress with sympathy for National Chairman Adams Oshiomhole point accusing fingers at some top shots within the party as the arrowheads of his court-ordered suspension.

Their fingers point as Minister Godswill Akpabio, Governors Kayode Fayemi (Ekiti)and Rotimi Akeredolu (Ondo), Senator Ibikunle Amosun and Governor Godwin Obaseki (Edo State).

At stake is the issue of re-election for Akeredolu and Obaseki.

Presidential ambition for Fayemi and Amosun, with the chance to extract his own pound for chance him the chance to determine his successor as Governor of Ogun state for the latter.

Akpabio who is still smarting from the public disgrace of getting walked out of the National Executive Council meeting by Oshiomhole is fighting for control of the resources of the Niger Delta and to posture himself for a “plum position” should APC retain control of the federal government after the 2023 general election.

Oshiomhole has secured a court order that cancels his suspension as the National Chairman of the ruling party.
