After years of claims, and public postures – both on international and local stages – and with nothing to show for it, the musical star widely -known as Pasuma (Ajibola Odetola) has finally initiated moves to deliver on his much-trumpeted ‘’ magnificent house’’.

Pasuma is said to have finally acquired land in Omole area of Lagos state and started construction of his dream house.

This development comes after colleague Saheed Osupa exposed the edifice he passed off as his own in Omole as a ‘’rented apartment’’.

Pasuma had rented the edifice and inscribed the words ‘’Ase Agbara’’ (Authority of Power) on it as part of efforts to portray it as his personal property.

The move backfired when the owner learned of the gimmick and went as far as threatening a court action in the bid to forcefully eject the star musician as part of efforts to protect his property.
Saheed Osupa had latched on to the situation to embarrass Pasuma and have an edge over his opponent in an ongoing feud – back then.

But with his latest undertaking, Pasuma is finally about to finally achieve the dream of building a private property of his own.

Societynow.ng, however, gathered that the dream is contending with a slight challenge.
Pasuma’s land is located in a swampy area Omole and it requires quite a tidy sum to put it into proper shape for the kind of ‘’ magnificent’’ edifice the star musician has consistently boast of possessing.
