The event which held at the Oba Sikiru Adetona Golden Jubilee center, Ijebu Ode Ogun state had Senate President Bukola Saraki as the special guest.

The Awujale of Ijebuland, Oba Sikiru Adetona was the chief host of the annual event which promotes the richness of culture in Yoruba land.

As was the norms, this year’s edition witnessed huge attendance.

One of the highlights at the famous celebration of culture is the emerging talks of royal endorsement decorating Ogun state gubernatorial aspirant, Abimbola Ashiru.

Awujale and Ashiru were caught in hearty laughter as they exchanged banters.

The development caught on camera for prosperity, is said to be giving Ashiru increasing mileage in the ongoing contest to become the candidate of the All Progressives Congress.

The images which have gone viral are being used to give credibility to assertions of Ashiru having an edge in the mold of a  “wondrous relationship with the Awujale”.

Ashiru, the current commissioner for commerce, trade, and industry in Ogun state, is believed to have a rapport that predates his gubernatorial ambition with the palace of the Awujale.
