“I Offer My Apologies” UBA’s CEO Kennedy Uzoka Pleads With Bank’s Customers Over Inability To Make International Transactions

United Bank for Africa’s (UBA) Chief Executive Officer, Kennedy Uzoka has apologized to customers over the inability of the financial institution to execute international transactions.

According to information available to societynow.ng Uzoka took the pains to personally apologize to UBA’s customers in an e-mail message he personally, which reads.

“I am pleased to inform you that your International Card Services have been restored. You can make cash withdrawals from ATMs in Western Europe, the USA, Canada, Africa and Australia, up to USD100.00 per day. The other locations will follow suit and you will be advised once those services have been restored.

I once again offer my apologies for the challenges you have experienced lately with your International Cards. We have been working 24/7 with our partners to bring back all the platforms globally, to the service standards that you have always experienced.
