How Ex-Customs Top Shot Sogo Agboola Caused Attack On Senator Omisore’s Home, Got Beaten

Details of the role played by former Customs top shot Sogo Agboola in the attack on the home of heavy weight politician Senator Iyiola Omisore have emerged.

Omisore’s residence was invaded in the afternoon of Monday July 8 2019.

The attack was supervised by Jagu, real names Akindele Famuyide, a former head of Senator Omisore’s street muscles.

The violent act was actually done by Jagu’s boys who came in two 18 seaters buses to avenge the treatment meted on their leader.

Senator Omisore’s country home is located in Parakin area of Ile Ife, Osun state.

A source who is familiar with what transpired revealed the ugly incident was ignited by actions of former customs boss Sogo Agboola.

Sogo Agboola – a prominent player on the social scene courtesy of his deep pocket – is a follower of former Deputy Governor Iyiola Omisore.

And how he cause the trouble that earned him and a handful of others the beating of their life was simple – he ordered some of the boy with him to deflate the tyres of the car Jagu came in.

“You know we all gathered in Omisore’s residence to celebrate Governor Oyetola’s victory at the supreme court… Jagu came in during the celebration… Sogo was uncomfortable with his presence and asked what was a traitor doing in their midst… He then after asked some boys to deflate the tyres of Jagu’s car “, an insider gives an insight into was transpired.

And Jagu became infuriated by Mr Agboola’s action hence he mobilised his street supporters to attack Otunba Omisore’s home, a deep source maintains.
