Here Is The New Abode Of Seriki Fulani Chased Away By Sunday Igboho As Residents Increase Security Awareness

Salihu Abdulkabir, the Seriki Fulani that fled his home in Igangan, Ibarapa Oyo state now has a new home.
Salihu fled his palace in Oyo state in the wake of a deadline given by a group of activists led by Sunday Adeyemo – better known as Sunday Igboho – over allegations of complicit in the spate of kidnappings, intimidation, extortion and assaults that rocked the area.
Salihu who scampered out of Oyo state with his family and a band of his loyalists on Friday, January 22 reportedly threaded bush path to Ogun state.
Societynow.ng gathered that the sacked Seriki Fulani and his troupe are currently putting up in Alamutu area of Ogun state.
“Alamutu is in Odeda local council area of Ogun state” societynow.ng learned.
Insiders disclosed that residents of the area have heightened security awareness since the arrival of Salihu and his people.
“Incidentally, Odeda was smarting from a recent kidnap case when Seriki and his people arrived. A resident was kidnapped by people he claimed were Fulani and released after payment of ransom. This incident was being addressed when the Seriki from Oyo state and his people arrived. Their arrival has forced up the security awareness among residents based on the allegations trailing them” societynow.ng learned.
It is, however, not clear whether the state government intends to make any formal move regarding the arrival of the Serika Igangan in Ogun state – considering the circumstances that forced him out of Oyo state.
