Here Are The Pictures That Confirmed INEC Would Postpone Election Before Official Announcement!

Just before the Independent Electoral Commission officially announced the postponement of the general election by a week, the pictures that told the story of the preparedness of the electoral umpire was already trending.

The pictures revealed the suffering of election agents, mostly graduates undergoing the mandatory National Youths Service Corps scheme.

The obviously abandoned to their fates election agents were pictured sleeping in the open, buses and crowded spaces.

The situation with the photographed election agents sparked off talks of INEC placing its officials in a position that made them pliable to inducements.

‘’the pictures already confirmed INEC under the commission chairman Mahmood Yakubu was not ready to conduct the general election as scheduled. The official announcement was just pure formality’’ a source pointed out.

The 2019 General Election was scheduled to kick off today – Saturday, February 16, 2019 – but was postponed by a week just earlier this morning.
