‘’Heaven Opens’’ As News Of Rain Maker, Majek Fashek’s Death Hit Town

The heaven literarily testified to the death of Reggae Legend, Majek Fashek (Majekodunmi Fasheke) today.

It was raining heavily in different parts of Nigeria as news of his demise in New York filtered into town.

The development serves as a fitting tribute to the death of an Iconic musician whose song ‘’Send Down The Rain’’ is widely identified with heavy down pours for a long time.

Majek’s death was announced today by his manager Omenka Uzoma who wrote

“Today been having pressure calls, well it is true that the African No 1 Legendary ICON has gone to be with the LORD his Maker.

 “Let celebrate him, his achievements, and his family, whatever decisions made by his immediate family will be notified.”
