“Hamburger’s Death Is An APC Issue, Go To Asiwaju Bola Tinubu” Transport Union Boss, Tajudeen Agbede Tells NURTW Protesters

State Chairman of the National Union of Road Transport Workers, Alhaji Tajudeen Agbede says all the trouble over the death of popular street character, Rasaq “Hamburger” Bello should be considered that of the All Progressives Congress.

Agbede made this declaration when protesters stormed the NURTW office over the development in a video gone viral.

Hamburger is a member of the NURTW.
But Agbede told his protesting members the death of Hamburger is a political affair and aggreived members should take their ire to the APC Secretariat situated on Acme road and Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu a national leader of the party.

Speaking in yourba in the speedily becoming popular video, Agbede told the protesters carrying placards bearing the logo of APC and picture of the slain Hamburger “as you can see, you didn’t even put the logo of the Union…only that of the APC…that means it is an apc issue, so you have to go to their headquarter to protest and channel your grievances to Asiwaju (Bola Tinubu)…though we will investigate and try to see what concerns the union in it, but it is not a union issue”

The state nurtw boss further gave directions to the protesters on how to locate the APC secretariat in Acme area of Ikeja, Lagos in the video.

The protest was reportedly staged on Thursdsay June 1 2017.

Hamburger, one of the top men of the NURTW in Lagos state was shot dead during the primaries of the All Progressives Congress to determine concillorship candiates in the state on Monday May 29.

The development which transpired in Shogunle – his base – has created unrest in the area, with his supporters and allies allegedly carrying out pockets of reprisal atatcks.
