Guinness HR Director Monica Peach Goes About With Body Guards As Ousted Predecessor Wale Adeniran Is Hired As Consultant To Negotiate With Restive Staffers

Information filtering in to societynowng.com have it that Human Resource Director at Guinness Nigeria, Monica Peach now goes about with body guards.

This development is attributed to the expatriates perceived role in the unravelling developments that has resulted in massive job loss in the brewery outfit.

According to a source Peach is widely viewed as ”subjective H.R ” within the brewery company.

And is said to have severally been caught on the wrong sides of staff agitations as a result of allegations of recommending disengagements of individuals outspoken against her style or interests she serves.
Sources claimed out pour of emotions against the H.R Director initially brought in for a two weeks temporary stay but now clocking a two year stay was particularly high in the last round of job loss that hit workers.

The situation was said to have taken a turn of workers revolt that saw a quick hiring of dismissed H.R Director Wale Adediran to negotiate with the workers on behalf of management.
Adediran lost his position at Guinness in the shake up that moved former Managing Director Seni Adetu out of position.

He was reportedly hired as consultant in a fee of about N50m to negotiate with workers on behalf of management.

The arrangement was reportedly facilitated with directives from managing director Peter Ndegwa.

”They ended up with uneven packages that has left nerves of both the employed and sacked frayed” a source stated.

Societynowng.com learnt the tension is said to be such that outside of going about with bodyguards by Monica Peach, there are talks of a possible move out of her threat zone.
