Three governors were conspicuously absent and they are Governors Babajide Sanwo-Olu (Lagos state), Gboyega Oyetola (Osun state ) and Dapo Abiodun (Ogun state).

Sanwo-Olu’s image handlers released a press material – and visuals – that showed the Governor of Lagos state preferred to attend the ”on-going teachers training tagged: ”EKO EXCEL” (Excellence In Child Education And Learning) in his state than the launch of the security outfit in Oyo state.

The ”Eko Excel” event held at CMS school complex, Ilaje, Bariga, Lagos state.
