Funke Akindele’s Ex, Kehinde Almoroof Losses Father, Plans August 29 Mega Burial Party

Kehinde Oloyede Almoroof, the ex husband of popular actress Funke Akindele is bereaved.

He lost his father pa Mooriof Ayanbola Oloyede on Tuesday July 14 2015.

The former father in law of the Jenifa star was 86years at the time of death.

Sources confirmed to societynowng.com that he has been buried according to Islamic rites on Wednesday July 15 2015.

Added information revealed that he died and was buried at his new Oko Oba Lagos home.

Further revelations however have it that ‘a final burial ceremony’ is scheduled for Saturday August 29 2015.

The upcoming event labelled ‘a mega party in celebration of the life and times’ of the departed is being planned to serve as a testament of the weight of the younger Almoroof in the social and political landscape.

A property developer, Kendo as fondly called was at a time a Ministerial aide but lost twice in his attempts to become a House of Representatives member.

With his political base in Oshodi area of Lagos state, his popularity blew the roof when he got involved and married to well known actress Funke Akindele.

But allegations of fathering different women within 14 months of their marriage ripped the union apart

Since they broke up in 2013, the duo have kept away from each other – but sources claim there is a strong chance invitation to the upcoming grand burial would be sent to Funke.
