Fresh Information Emerge In Mohammed Babangida, Ex Wife Rahma Indimi’s Custody Battle

Fresh information have come to fore in the raging custody battle between Mohammed, the son of former military president, Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida and his former wife, Rahma Indimi.

Insiders disclose the police are seeking to arrest Rahma as part of efforts to execute a court order granting custody of the couple’s children to Mohammed.

Checks revealed Mohammed had secured the judgement through a sharia court.

But Rahma, the daughter of billionaire business man Mohammed Indimi had countered the judgement with a case at a Federal High Court.
The case is said to be ongoing.

But insiders disclose moves by Mohammed and his team to execute the initial judgement pending the outcome of the counter case have been severally rebuff by Rahma.

She is said to be holding tight to two of the four children of the union.

”The police was drafted in to get things done properly, but Rahma still maintained her stand…she has refused to handover the children” a source disclosed.

Those who should know claims she risks arrest as pressure mounts for execution of the custody judgement.
Added revelation however have it, interestingly Rahma has written a ”Threat To Life” petition against her ex husband to the President Mohammadu Buhari and Inspector General of Police,

She is alleges ”Mohammed wants to use his influence as a son of a former Military President to unjustly maltreat her.”

This is development comes in face of raging social media campaign alleging the younger Babangida attempted to abduct the children from school.

She is said to have since shrouded the whereabouts of the children as police hunts for them to carry out the judgement in favour of her former husband.

”It is true she has written the President and Inspector General of Police, but until a contrary order or court pronouncement comes…the police will continue to explore ways to execute the existing judgement” a source explained.

Added revelation have it beholden to the Babangida’s for business favours, Rahma’s father, Alhaji Indimi is in favour of his daughter handing over the children to her former husband for peace to reign.

The older Babangida as military president reported provided Rahma’s father the business opportunities to make it big.

But Rahma would have non of that, she is said to have declared fighting for something bigger and better that ”favors owed by her father.

In her social media campaign against her former husband, the once upon a time first wife of Mohammed Babangida declared her children are ”her life, her joy and she would never let them go”.

Observers however claim how true this would turn out to be in face of mounting pressures from the police and other quarters – in face of her own counter moves, is just a matter of time.
