Flamboyant Lagos King Loses Cash Cow

Flamboyant Lagos King, Sulaimon Adeshina Raji has lost his hold on a major source of revenue.
The Lagos State Parks Committee that he oversees as Chairman is no more.
And to compound the situation, one of his subordinates Teslim Adeshina has been made the Chairman of the returned Road Transport Employers Association of Nigeria (RTEAN).
The state government created the Lagos State Parks Committee on the suspension of the RTEAN activities last year.
Before the suspension of RTEAN, Oba Adeshina also known by the streen name Jafo Authority was the Chief of Staff to Musa Muhammad Matakobi who held the joint position of Lagos state chairman and national president.
Jafo was in charge of the commercial motorcycles arm of the RTEAN.
A supremacy tussle resulted in the suspension of RTEAN activities and creation of Lagos State Parks Committee with Oba Adeshina, the king of Iba land , named chairman.
The Oniba used his position as Chairman of the Lagos State Parks Committee to influence the appointment Teslim Adeshina -a hotelier – as the chairman of the transport union’s Motorcycle Park Committee.
Recent happenings, however, revealed that in reaching a comprise with expanded stakeholders including the Trade Union Congress (TUC), the Lagos state government lifted the suspension on RTEAN with Teslim Adeshina named Chairman.
This development takes a major revenue source out of the hands of the flamboyant Lagos King – Sulaimon Adeshina rAJI.
