Eyitayo Jegede, the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the recently held Ondo gubernatorial election has officially rejected the outcome.
Jegede has approached the election petition tribunal to contest the victory of Governor Rotimi Akeredolu.
Akeredolu was the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
He secured a second term in office with the outcome of the election that Jegede has decided to challenge.
