Fear Fashola Is Quietly Putting His Loyalists Into Key Positions Take Hold Of Lagos APC

There is a growing fear in the Lagos state chapter of the All Progressives Congress.

And it is all about a stealth move being credited to Minister for works, power, and housing, Babatunde Raji Fashola.

The federal cabinet member dubbed “super minister” is said to be quietly putting his men into key positions in Lagos APC.

The “men” are described hidden supporters masking as his “enemies”.

The move is said to be in preparation for a “stunning” political action as 2019 nears.

“I hear it is a long range goal that would manifest as general election draw nears” a source stated.

It is inferred party leader Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and state Governor already doused with re election moves, Akinwunmi Ambode primary targetted victims of the plan.

Fashola and Tinubu though in same political party stand at opposite divides.

Same relationship exists between Fashola and his successor, Ambode who is strongly aligned with Asiwaju Tinubu.

The reigns of the party lay in the hands of Asiwaju with Ambode playing complementary role.

Fashola’s stealth move is meant to produce a shocking own goal against Asiwaju and Ambode.

Insiders disclosed rumour of this plot has leaked and started making the rounds in the top echelon of the party.

But to contain attendant “fear and distrust” efforts are on to manage the situation until a “solution” is perfected.
