Multiple sources confirm that the unpleasant experiences of First City Monument Bank (FCMB) customers have ended.

Multiple sources confirmed that the mobile banking application has returned to its “ever reliable” status SocietyNow.Ng learned.

The mobile banking application -FCMB Mobile – described as one of the best around by users – and other payment channels of the bank with Yemisi Edun as Managing Director gave customers torrid experiences from Friday, September 30, 2021.

The bank was able to restore services on other payment platforms on Saturday, October 1, 2022, to alleviate the suffering of its customers on Independence Day, but the unpleasant experience with the mobile banking application continued, spilling into Sunday, October 2, 2022.

SocietyNow.Ng, however, gathered that on the morning of Monday, October 3, 2022, customers started to confirm that FCMB Mobile – dubbed the joy of bank and customers – is up and running as perfectly as it used to.
