Insiders claim former Vice President, Atiku Abubarkar is stealthily moving his political chips.

He is said to have put in place an alternative political platform.

The seemingly passive member of the ruling All Progressives Congress is said to be eyeing the nation’s number one spot.

He is said to be keen to contest the Presidential election again.

And as 2019 draws nearer those who should know disclosed he has started putting structure in place not to allow his ambition bottled by party machinery.

He lost the party ticket for the last presidential election to incumbent President Muhammadu Buhari at a keenly contested game of high stakes shadow election.

And to avoid a repeat of such, he is said to have quietly put in place All Grassroots Alliance.

The political party is said to be currently transforming into a force to be reckoned with via collaborations with human rights group, non governmental organisations caring for the needy and informal awareness campaigns at the local level here and there.
