Atiku’s Close Aide Dies After 2Weeks On Life Support Machine

Umar Pariya, one of the closest aides of Presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubarkar is dead.

Pariya died this morning – Tuesday, November 19 – after two weeks on a life support machine.

He gave up the ghost in Dubai, United Arab Emirate according to revelations made by former speaker of the Federal House of Yakubu, Yakubu Dogara in a condolence message.

Dogara commisserated with Atiku over the passing away of Pariya whom he described as exceptionally gifted and energetic with humility as his trade mark in an open message.

The nature of the illness that placed the deceased on a life support machine for two weeks was not disclosed.
