Source confirmed the sale was made ‘a couple of millions’ short the asking price.

The former governor’s wife had place a N11m price value on the property.

The buyer paid N8.5m for the building.

Sources disclosed the sold property as situated on Iyinade’s street, Kola Area of Lagos.

It is described as ‘with a plot of land with an uncompleted building on it’.

The transaction was reportedly handled on behalf of the owner by her agents- Bola Okegbenro and co.

Sources disclosed the N8.5m sale has boost confidence and increased efforts towards selling the remaining property- Kemi Akala put two properties in the market- with a asking price of N9m.
