A situation that defies logic is playing out in a Lagos community.

Residents of Awoyokun area of Onipanu, Lagos State had their transformer taken away for repairs for months.

But the lack of a transformer and the supply of electricity has not stopped their bills.

Agents of IKDC – Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company – bring estimated bills to the residents ‘’as at when due’’ despite non-delivery of service(s).
